On April 25, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal. Over 7,250 deaths have been confirmed, over 14,100 have been injured, and both tolls are expected to climb much higher. The United Nations estimates that more than 3 million people are in need of food assistance — and nearly half of those need it  immediately. The level of devastation in Nepal is huge and much is still not known. Our partner, the Blue Diamond Society (BDS), the leading LGBT Organization in Nepal, is on the ground helping LGBT Nepalese with food and shelter.
