AIDS Emergency Fund has joined forces with dozens of other community organizations to create this third annual family-friendly event. Join us for Soireé 8, celebrating the San Francisco LGBT Community Center’s eighth Anniversary! Indulge yourself in an evening of earthly delights fit for gods and goddesses. Enjoy mythically-inspired performances by San Francisco’s leading queer artists and performers. Rub elbows and brush wings with roaming Cupids, while enjoying decadent gourmet morsels and libations from San Francisco’s best restaurants.

This year's Honorary Co-Hosts are Theresa Sparks and David Campos. Enjoy a main stage emceed by special guests Jackie Beat and Bruce Vilanch! Enjoy performances by Barnaby's (sfBoylesque), Fauxnique, House of Salad, Miss Rahni, Precious Moments, Zoe Ballour & Citabria Phillips, Suppositori Spelling, Taiko Ren, Trixxie Carr and Veronica Klaus.

Later in the evening, Soireé 8 shifts into party mode, paying tribute to San Francisco’s queer nightlife. Florence Henderson “All the Lives of Me . . A Musical Journey” January 5 – 10, 2010

“Brady Bunch” star Florence Henderson, who bowed
on Broadway in Wish You Were Here, brings her new
cabaret act to San Francisco’s Premiere Nightclub,
The Rrazz Room at Hotel Nikko starting January 5.

All the Lives of Me features songs from Oklahoma!,
South Pacific, The Sound of Music and Annie Get
Your Gun. The singing actress also offers anecdotes
about “a life on the boards of Broadway and the Brady set.”

On Broadway, Henderson was seen in
Wish You Were Here, Fanny and
The Girl Who Came to Supper, and
she also starred in the national tour
of The Sound of Music. Best known
as Carol Brady on TV’s “The Brady Bunch,”
Henderson’s other screen credits include
“The Love Boat,” “Glitter,” “Finder of Lost
Loves,” “Murder, She Wrote,” “Roseanne,”
“Ally McBeal” and “For Heaven’s Sake.”
She was a co-host of NBC’s “Later Today,”
and was recently seen in the film “Venus
and Vegas.”
