2010 HRC Corporate Equality Award
Proudly based in San Francisco, Kimpton Hotels has long made their commitment to diversity and inclusion a cornerstone of their business philosophy. They have been trailblazers in equal treatment for LGBT employees, with pioneering benefits programs
including a fully transgender-inclusive employee health plan, and grossing up employees' income to offset taxes from domestic partner benefits. These policies make a huge difference in the lives of their LGBT employees and HRC is proud to recognize them for
this commitment to equality.
