A benefit and fundraiser for San Francisco Pride
Join S F Pride Board President Michelle Meow and Michelin star Chef James Syhabout of Hawker Fare for a conversation about building community through food and culture. Hawker Fare- 680 Valencia Street- Wed, May 31 $100 includes dinner and drinks. We’ll explore the flavors of Lao/Issan food from Hawker Fare and there will be a special performance by a traditional folk singer (Mo Lam) Tookta from Thailand. We’ll also launch a special SF Pride art exhibit in which community members will have the opportunity to support. Special guests include members of SF Pride and the LGBTQ community.

With over 200 parade contingents and exhibitors, and more than twenty community-run stages and venues, the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest gathering of the LGBT community and allies in the nation.

SF Pride is dedicated to education, to the commemoration of LGBT heritage and to the celebration of LGBT culture and liberation.
A world leader in the Pride movement, SF Pride is also a grant-giving organization through our Community Partners Program. Since 1997, SF Pride has awarded over $2.5 million dollars from proceeds of the Pride Celebration and Parade to local non-profit LGBT organizations and those organizations working on issues related to HIV/AIDS, cancer, homelessness, and animal welfare.
